QUESTIONS

As many of our items are handcrafted and made to order, production time can vary. During peak seasons (e.g. ahead of holidays) orders can take longer. We recommend placing orders early, especially for personalised or bespoke items.

All of our items are handmade to order. For smaller items such as bandanas & bowties, we aim to make your order as soon as possible, normally shipping in 3-5 days. For larger items such as blankets and beds we aim to ship these within 7-10 days. During busier times such as Christmas, there may be small delays. We will do our very best to manage orders so that they aren't delayed but please bear with us. You will receive an email from us when your item has been dispatched. We do not track smaller items, however blankets are sent via "Royal Mail tracked 24" and beds are sent via Parcelforce "Next day" service. We will happily share tracking details with you upon request. For international customers, we do provide international shipping, but we ask that the cost of shipping is covered at purchase. If you are an international customer, please drop us a message and we will happily arrange the shipping for you.

Yes. Our Design House service lets you collaborate with us to create bespoke blankets or beds. You can choose from fabric swatches, foam types, sizes, and add custom touches.

Our blankets and beds are all machine washable. We recommend gentle machine wash (cold) or hand wash if possible, and avoid harsh detergents.

The brand was inspired by Buddy & Finn, two spaniels who are central to our story. Their adventurous spirits, love of walks, and needs in outdoor conditions motivated the design of durable and stylish pet gear.

We wanted products that not only look good but last and perform in real dog life and we couldn't find what we were looking for so we decided to make it ourselves.
